Taking “10” To Challenge Myself

spinningThis summer I will take advantage of  the different fitness classes that the YMCA has to offer!

My CHALLENGE is to take at least 10 different classes.

 

So far, so good…I have taken  7  different classes!

My favorite so far is Kendra’s sculpt class and the Stationary Bike Spin Class!!

 

What is something new for you this summer to stay active?

    This summer I am learning how to ripstick.It is like a skateboard but you do much more. You have to move your legs really fast going up and down. To turn you lean on your right or left leg. Then you also have to keep your balence. It is hard and fun and my new exersise!

    Very cool Julia! Maybe you could bring in some pictures for me to see?
    Next thing we find out is that you are surfing on the Jersey Shore!!!

    #8 Class was called P S Y C H O. C Y C L E! Just the name of the class was intimidating! I went and held my own. This was a more advanced class, and I loved challenging myself. Maybe my next class I will take with Mrs. Neddo or Mr. Tooker.
