WELLNESS WEDNESDAY at Pashley School!

While we are at home, what type of snacks are you having?

I like cut up fruit, PEANUT BUTTER (on everything) and yogurt.

    I have been eating peanut butter on my apples and plain. Been drinking tons of milk. Also got goldfish.

    Hi Violet!! I loved making that video. Maybe I will make more, lol!!
    My husband and I went for an early x-country workout at 7am.

    Hello! I loved your healthy snack idea, Mrs. Ferrie! Apples and peanut butter is one of my all time favorite snacks, too. Another favorite snack is cut up vegetables. I try to get as many as colors as I can on one plate, like red cherry tomatoes, orange carrots, yellow peppers and green beans or cucumbers. Sometimes I even put them all in rainbow order on my plate!

    Hi Mrs. Fernau!! Thanks for your comment. I try to get the colors of the rainbow too!! I really try to get dark green vegetables as much as possible.
    Speaking of rainbows….did you make one for outside your house yet? I will make one after 3:30 today!!
