   I hope everyone has a healthy,happy and safe holiday. my new years resoultion isn’t quite thought out yet but will most likely have something to do with keeping myself active

   I haven’t figured mine out either!
   I have been pretty good with what I have been eating, and I exercise a lot too. The one thing that I will concentrate on, is drinking more water.
   I drink probably much coffee too!!

   merryr everything to you too! away on vacation so im not able to go to the y, but there are still so many places to walk! hope you have a happy new year!!

   MY father gave me some bread pans for Christmas. Spending time with him and learning how to make bread is priceless! I’ve already successfully made white bread, now my next loaf will be whole wheat. I really need to switch my family over from white bread and rice to whole wheat, whole grain.

   There is nothing better than fresh bread baking from your oven…yum!

   The pond out back is frozen so my family has been ice skating every day. We love to take walks too. Sure enough the new snow shows many animal tracks. Yesterday, we followed coyote tracks across the ice into the woods. Way cool!
   My son also spotted otter tracks…for real! The tracks show a “sliding” print from where the otter slides on his belly!
   Make sure you are getting a lot of outdoor time over vacation 🙂

   Hi Mrs. Ferrie, Hope you are having a GREAT vacation enjoying your family!I walked the pier today at the ocean in myrtle beach!I have been casting into the pond- my dad bought me a pink lady fishing pole at the bass pro shop.I have been getting lots of fresh-warm!- air.Happy new year.See you soon….

   On the OCEAN… You are so lucky! I am so glad to hear that you’ve been enjoying the warm southern air.
   I’m actually really looking forward to snow shoeing and skiing in PE! Enjoy the rest of your vacation and have a safe trip back!

    middle school is great! and yes i can’t wait untill friday to start feild hockey. i have been so anxious to play again and lots of girls from the team are doing it too.
