Staying Connected…During this Challenging Time
Pashley Polar Bears…I wanted to let you know how much you are missed.
Our school is quiet, too quiet.
I miss seeing you as you pass by my office door every morning. I miss saying “GOOD MORNING” to you all.
Let’s stay connected using this PE Blog.
- Comment on how you are doing
- what you are doing
- what you will look forward to when we are back at school!!
I will share my time away from you, as well. Keep checking in with my posts.
Take time to follow our online suggested PE lessons, and PLEASE get outside for fresh air!
The days are getting longer and the sun continues to shine brighter.
We will and CAN do this together.
Making Memories with My Family
Taking Time To Share and or Show GRATITUDE
Pashley Polar Bears…here is your November task!
Which of these ways to show or share GRATITUDE can you complete? *It can be done for a teacher, bus driver, parent, friend, neighbor or just yourself! It is always important to let the people in your life know how you appreciate them.
Let’s all try to complete 5 in the month of November!
Let me know what you did!
Healthy and Strong Hearts at Pashley
Grateful, Appreciative, Thankful….
Grateful, Appreciative, Thankful….
*That about sums it up! (math word, lol)
This is my favorite time of the year. The fall weather, warm cider and family gatherings!
I am so grateful for my family, our health, my amazing career and the students and staff that inspire me every day!
WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL OR THANKFUL FOR?
HOW DO YOU LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT YOUR ARE GRATEFUL FOR THEM?
Ways to Keep the Stress OUT of Your Holidays!
After last weekend, I know just how STRESS can affect our holiday season.
(I couldn’t find a parking spot at the mall, I was late to my Yoga class, and I couldn’t make it in time to my daughter swim meet)
So, help me make of list of ways to reduce holiday stress. Â This is my list so far…
1-Make exercise a priority. Â (Get to a Yoga class on time)
2-Pack and eat extra healthy snacks, to balance the sweet treats (that seem to be everywhere!)
3-Make time to spend with your family. Â Playing a game or just hang out.
4-?
5-?
WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO MAKE THE HOLIDAY SEASON LESS STRESSFUL?
