BOOT CAMP is PE for Adults

Another awesome Sunday morning workout…yup with Kendra

  • jumping jack sets
  • running laps on the track
  • doing a stairs workout
  • running outside in the parking lot!
  • using the picnic tables for a leg workout
  • tons of abdominal reps
  • BURPEES!!!
  • PUSH UPS!!

It was tough… and I pushed through.  PE is just as important at school age as it is at MY AGE 🙂
