We talked in class about what type of snacks/foods help build muscle (protein rich)
Here is our list:
- eggs
- milk
- Yogurt, especially Greek!
- cheese sticks
- hummus, beans
- turkey, chicken, fish
- protein packed smoothies and bars
- peanut butter (my favorite)
