Good Morning Mrs. Bonacio!!
Thank you for this very important message to our Pashley Polar Bear Families and Staff!!
What “song and by who” is playing in the background?? 🙂
Our school is quiet, too quiet.
I miss seeing you as you pass by my office door every morning. I miss saying “GOOD MORNING” to you all.
Let’s stay connected using this PE Blog.
- Comment on how you are doing
- what you are doing
- what you will look forward to when we are back at school!!
I will share my time away from you, as well. Keep checking in with my posts.
Take time to follow our online suggested PE lessons, and PLEASE get outside for fresh air!
The days are getting longer and the sun continues to shine brighter.
We will and CAN do this together.
This week we are learning the names of our leg muscles. These muscles help us walk, run fast and sit during instruction.
I have put together a little dance, lol
Gluteus Maximus (side to side)
Quad-dri-ceps (pat your thighs)
Ham-string (grab the back of your leg)
Gastrocnemius (tap your toes)
How do we make our leg muscles strong in PE?
Hi Pashley Friends!!
Here is my question ….
In regards to New Year’s Resolutions
What is something school related to will focus on…(read more, use more flash cards…)
What is something healthy you want to focus on (eat more fruits and vegetables, get more sleep, try new foods)
I hope to hear from you…especially my classmates in Ms. Muscanelli’s class!!
This week we will practice Yoga. Here are some of the benefits…
Develop body awareness.
Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way.
Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement.
Increase their confidence and positive self-image.
Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
What did you like most from our Yoga this week?
Pashley Polar Bears…here is your November task!
Which of these ways to show or share GRATITUDE can you complete? *It can be done for a teacher, bus driver, parent, friend, neighbor or just yourself! It is always important to let the people in your life know how you appreciate them.
Let’s all try to complete 5 in the month of November!
Let me know what you did!
